Bellydance Cardio and CombosImprove your stamina, work your curves and learn combinations. Class begins with a warm-up followed by stretching and strength exercises. Students can expect to refine technique and raise heart rates through repetition. A minimum of three combinations will be visited. We close with a gentle cool down and stretching.
